# Setting up the CEMAC Outlook calendar

CEMAC has a shared calendar 'CEMAC diary'

### Outlook Client

Tools > Public Folders > Environment --> earth and environment --> CEMAC diary

Click on "Subscribe"

### on the web browser outlook:

From the web interface right click the ‘Folders’ in the left hand menu and choose to add a public folder --> Environment --> earth and environment --> CEMAC diary

Click the :star: to add
